Cool. 8-) I think I'm going to try the same rod in the spring. It's open water pike season here now and after that it's ICE FISHING BABY!!! :P
I was not impressed with the sensitivity of the Destroyer rod that I had(F3-59XS Hatchet), but the finish and balance were just off the charts nice 8-) I just can't get that slant bridge out of my mind. I must have at least one. ;) and I think the Jota Dorum stick is the rod of choice.

So just about to order a reel and I was thinking on going for the Steez 103. Would that be a good choice? I will be using the reel for another Rod later on to to cover those smaller jerkbaits/crankbaits to.
