Yup... been discussed several times in the past though I'm uncertain if anyone has actually followed through with the upgrade.

Somebody around here did, if I'm not mistaken, was it UT_VOLS? illini? GamblerHydra or who was the guy who left to work in China, sold off all his tackle? I think somebody took the plunge. Somebody high profile.

I can't see from the pictures how the brakes can be adjusted. Anybody know how?

You just turn the magnet thingy.
This would turn a Conquest 50 into a NICE small plug reel.
I thought about getting this, but I got a 50S instead (with this)

First of all, they don't make it anymore so you're kind of out of luck.
They used to sell the parts separately.

I guess it's the Pixy for me then. Maybe next year but I'm very, very tempted right now. Was surprised when I did a currency conversion. The Canadian is now actually higher than the US: 319.00 USD = 316.845 CAD :shock:
