I've brought a lot of stuff from the JP auction sites. I know some Japanese myself, so I can read the description fine. DO NOT use google translate, the translation are horrible  Anyway, I bought a lightly used MB IS79 last year for a FRACTION of the original price. Nothing wrong with the reel beside some minor scratches. I broke it down, thoroughly cleaned and re-lubed. I sent the side plates and frame to Calfish for a new paint job also. To this day, I still use it often and it has become one of my favorite reels.

Theres a right hand TD-Ito 103M on fleabay for $226.99 shipped right now. Smoking deal, wish it was lefty or it would be at my house already. Few blemishes and non stock grips, but good otherwise. Just passing it along for the afflicted.

This Ito has the original handle and is similarly priced:

I just bought this reel:

I'm curious to see what spool it has in it. Looks like a ZPI of some sort.

Looks like a ZPI RC001 Grand prix red. Great pick-up at that price, the spool alone is worth that 8-)

Thanks (assuming it shows up and works :) ). I've been looking for a deal on TDZ for about a year now and finally pulled the trigger.

You got to watch out on the 'bay as well. e.g. this one:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Daiwa-Fishing-B ... 338dba90c0

Looks like a 103 spool in there to me. That's a $35-50 drop in value just b/c of the spool being swapped out.

I don't know how you guys are always finding these deals on eBay, I feel like every time I am looking there the prices seems to be expensive. I've been looking to add another Steez for around $300 but can't ever seem to find one, plus I'd rather not not go through eBay.

I'm a righty.

I keep flip-flopping between the SS SV and another Steez but I keep thinking Steez right now.
I think I also haven't grabbed one because I am kind of picky about condition. The Steez I got from Belippy was perfect.

You can make a keyword watch on your ebay account. It will notify you daily of new matching items. Sometimes it takes a while for a deal or mistake listing to present itself.
