My monkey is either telling me to buy expensive tackle or play with the schwartz

The first step in any rehab is to first admit you have a problem.

Who here on this discussion forum is going to admit having a problem? [-(

I like cookies....I've been known to have a few around the Holidays.....

Just cause I squirrel away my purchases (which thanks to you fine fellows is 3 Megabass X4's, 2 Dobyns Extremes, 3 Chronarch 200e's and a 50e with a carbon fiber handle set up from Semper Fi, 2 Sustains and now Lucky Craft lures all since the snow hit) and wait for wifey to go to bed so I can lay it all out and wear the bearings out of a reel endlessly spinning it...reorganizing my baits by size, then by color, then by...damn color first then size...Looks like I'll have to start over!! doesn't mean I have a problem. The only problem I have would be with her reaction!

Why say no when it feels so good to say YE$$$$$$$$

Nope. But if there was, would you really want it? It's like taking the red pill in the Matrix

Hi Everyone, I am ztcsmd and I have a problem. I am a tackleholic and am in need of a sponsor--preferably one that lives in Japan. [-o<

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference

I think the cure would include a purchase.

I've got a fever... And the only cure is more tackle... And of course Cowbell!!! I'm staring at some more Lucky Crafts as we speak...

Nothing has worked for me so far, admittedly I have not gotten the nerve up to try shock therapy yet.

The best I can say is to put things in perspective. I still find myself purchasing $120 swimbaits from time to time, but when it comes to spending $900 on adding reel 14 to my collection or taking the family to Hawaii for a long weekend, I tend to choose the later lately.
