Just received a couple spools of 25lb from Japan and I'm stoked to try it out. Anybody used it?

the line is really smooth and cast well.

however, imho, I think the line is better suited on a spinning set up.

I have the same line, and when I started casting stuff in the 1.5oz range, I have to be very careful about line feathering or I run high risk of line breaking.

summary, the line mentioned is really good for lighter stuff.

i'm using the one thats rated PE0.8 on my Excense C3000 spinning reel, throwing out lures rated from 3g to 12g. This line cast a mile and IMHO is a tad better at resisting abrasion then Nanofil. *hope i don't offend anyone*

the line is also easy to manage for tying knots. I'm using the FG knot with a 16lb Sunline FC leader, it bites well and is sensitive too.

Not sure how it will behave on a BC set-up, i tend to imagine a huge and deep bird-nest due to the thin line diameter..
