At 1 meter per revolution that would be an IPT of 39.370 !!!

Who will be the first to bring out one at over 40 IPT :?:

Mmm...on a green NRX 894...I like. The JDM Zillions look so much better. Makes me regret buying the US version. Maybe when I see the price, I'll feel better.

9.1 to 1 is crazy fast. I bet an iteration of it shows up in the US next year named Zillion TWS Type R.

Ugh. I love the blazing retrieve speed, but I just can't see me purchasing the reel for the same reason as the Steez, I just hate the way they look...

Plenty of larger sized SW thread lines and conventionals have blown away 40 IPT...but they are slightly bulkier, heavier and bigger than what most TT fans would consider, eh? :lol:

X2 Love the bling on my 895, but I'm still on the fence on the new Zillon and really high speed reels.

The Tackle Trap has a very limited number on order and set to arrive within a week or two we're told by Daiwa. They are up on our website and orders will be filled first come first served. Unfortunately we don't have any stock photos of the reel, but it's trimmed in purple where the 7.3 is red and the 6.3 is gold. Daiwa reports the IPT at 40.3 IPT :shock: Here is a link:

Bronzefly , why are the ones that you are getting not trimmed in green , as seen on the tacklenews video? We already have the purple steez ... they show us green and then decide on another colour ??? Whats with that ???

The USA Zillion has purple trim and the JDM Zillion has green trim and Magseal.
