Zonda is a Alphas, PX68 is Pixy. If you need finesse, go with px, otherwise go with the Zonda.

I prefer the solid feel of the pixy/px over the zondas.

I personally like the Zonda over the Px. It casts a country mile and does everything I need it to and bit more

Agreed

Quite honestly unless you are testing the lightest bait capabilities of each reel, The Zonda would be my choice hands down.

I bought a pixy type r , a zonda rosso and a 68 over the past few weeks. Returned the rosso cause it was a lefty. Haven't use them yet cause of the weather. Bought the pixy for shallow cranking ,spybaits and the zonda for topwater plugs, spinnerbaits and medium cranking. Got them for under $500.00 new. Good deals right now on the zonda.

First of all, a PX68 is just a Pixy 68 and it will never be a limited edition reel like the Zonda 68. As much I love Pixies I'd grab the Zonda in an eyeblink without thinking it too much.

Is it an Airy Red matte red color or a brighter red? Seems that jpangler and japantackle pictures both have finishes that look different.

I've never seen an Airy Red up close, only on pics, but it's definitely not as bright of a red shown on JPangler and or any other pics I've seen.

It's basically an exact match to the RCS knobs.

The side plate is brighter and richer with reds and oranges (no pun intended).

get the pixy.
zonda has too deep a spool.
The casting of a px68 is as a good as a zonda.
only part is the aesthetics
