Forgive me if this is old news
I don't follow this brand much(however the conquest has universal appeal 8-) )

LMAO!!!

Round reels that can handle/cast braid better than any other I have ever used...and now "fast enough" hopefully for plastics, lipless, frogs, swimjigs, etc.!!!

There is always a place and need for "torque" over "speed"....my 14 CQ200 will be fine with what I have assigned it for. ;)

The new 15 CQ200 HG should have a line recovery rate of roughly 34.285% higher than the 4.8:1 14 CQ200 (which is roughly 60 cm per turn, or 23.622 IPT). If my math is correct, this is about 8.1" more per crank! That is almost 32 IPT!!! :big grin: 8-) :evil22:

Lots of folks wanting a faster gear ratio CQ thought that this would likely be possible, or coming down the pike: http://forums.tackletour.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=60979 8-)

Wonder if a gear swap + some other parts like the pinion gear and levelwind assembly can be upgraded/exchanged with the standard 14 CQ100/CQ200 as well?
