Anyone here from Australia

Post by spoon2610 » Sun Jul 10, 2016 4:21 pm

Im looking into buying some reels from the Australia market. I liking the Caldia Z but I'm not to sure on how to. Is there a shop like "Tacklewarehouse" where I can buy from?

Thanks
Ricky

http://motackle.com.au Is the biggest on-line tackle supplier, but the prices tend to be more expensive than US buyers are used to paying...

How is The Tackle Warehouse? Seems they have a decent selection also.

Do you know if these companies ship to the U.S? How about the conversion rate since the U.S dollar equals 1.325 AU dollars?

The tacklewarehouse is great - just pay using paypal and see if they will remove the GST (GST is 1/11th of the price here in Australia).

Cheers

Try eBay, I think Otto's tackle world offers free international shipping and they seem to have the reel in stock.

Try ebay.com.au instead of the international ebay. Tackle Warehouse are good people too.

It seems the only real difference with fly fishing is that you are expected to hold your rod in your teeth for the obligatory grab and grin pic.
