Anyone on here ever use this rod? Would it be one the performance level or the shimano loomis conquest rods?

I think that it would primarily be a trout rod.

I know that I’m talking about performance wise as in sensitivity.

It has same blank tech as the top end Shimano bass rods so sensitivity should be similar but blank design and fittings will obviously have an impact. The 'Native' trout rods generally have a mod fast to fast action for plug twitching, might actually do ok for contact fishing. What is the intended use?

Fishing with jerk baits like the duo realis 80SP or rapala XR 6 and XR8 lures like that and maybe some smaller jigs

I believe it will work very well since original application rod designed for is twitching sinking minnows in fast water. I have experience with JDM natural trout rods and I fished with a Japanese specialist for a number of seasons who showed me the Japanese approach to trout and cherry salmon fishing. I've used light jigs on the trout rods and they are fast enough to work well.
