Megabass’s Diamanté
I just ordered four more. The hooks are super sharp

I love the DUO pencil baits and they are the easiest to walk of any of the baits i have used. They produced well for me in CT but the topwater action here in TN is kinda garbage. Its fall now so i will be dragging them back out for another run.

These for sure if you're talking about ease of walking. Caught a 33lb striper on one and surprisingly the hooks didn't bend out or brake. If you're talking about what has caught me the most is 1st run vixens.

I concur about the Giant Dog-X, I'd give a slight ease-of-walking advantage over Sammy

"Better" is very subjective. For a standard 1/2 oz bait, i like a giant dog-x unless that bite is not on. Sometimes they want the sammy, or the balsa sammy, or the gunfish. Sometimes they want a smaller sammy, or something bigger like a shower blows or a bowstick. Or a Lunker Punker when they like it large and in charge. So...the bite can depend on a lot of subtle differences between bait color, size, sound, profile and movement.

I love the Sammy but if you want ease in walking a bait....the Spit n Image is hands down the easiest bait to walk.

Get your kids hooked on fishing, and they'll never have any money for drugs or alcohol.
