Double Dutch-Punch Drunk-Panty Danker

Post by Aquaftm45 »

...and that's just 1 rod name.
Wondering if anyone has any familiarity with this brand? Geecrack. I was just ordering a couple Squarebills of theirs (because they looked pretty dank) and decided to look up the brand.

One heck of a rod lineup and sweet lures to boot.
How could you go wrong with names like Camel Clutch, Spanky, Wild Cherry, Drag Star, Backstreet Galaxy, and my favorite Punch Drunk Panty Danker..

Never heard of them, but the DDBF-66L TECHNICAL TRAP looks cool as hell.

LOL. Something is definitely lost in translation here. I thought the Jackson Bastard was the coolest rod name until now. Please, JDM companies, never stop using Google Translate for this. LOL.

And let's not forget the Walnuts and Bottoms Up sticks, either, lol.

Maybe they're going for a comedic set of double entendres like Beaver, Skinny Dipper, Houdini, Money Shot, Rusty Trombone, Dutch Oven, and Pink Sock, or whatever colors Reaction Innovations came up with. Or maybe Japanese slang and idioms just don't make any sense at all in English. Either way the results are hysterical.

I have several soft and hard baits from Geecrack. Legit quality stuff. Their rods should be no different.

Careful tho. Deps makes great baits, but the rods are heavy and so-so...

Have to disagree, at least for the Deps rod that I own. I have the Sidewinder Constrictor HGC-64XS/GP which has an XHeavy action and a slow taper that is an awesome rod for throwing 1/4-1 oz jerkbaits at barramundi. No bling, but a great caster that is beautifully finished with an uber comfortable reel seat.
