I preordered reels from them before. When preordering, the prices are pretty good. After the preorder time frame, seem to have higher prices than other JDM shops. The service is top notch though.

Yes, digitaka is also where I get most reels since prices are low vs other shops, shipping is included, and service is great.
Other JP shops have also provided me with great service.

Digitaka and Japan Lure Shop are usually within a few dollars of each other on final price as JLS is cheaper but add postage and Digitaka is free post. I have had great service from JLS and every purchase of a reel so far has come with a complimentary JDM lure.

Lmao, every year I try to tell my self "I'm going to only buy ONE reel and rod this year, and I start browsing this website and all of a sudden I now need to buy 3 rods and maybe 4 reels and a bunch of other things

Which model are you guys buying, 6.3 or 8.1....I'm bit undecided, never had reel with high gear ratio but seeing IPT on 8.1 is more in line with 7.1 reels it does not seem that high. Will be mostly used with lures from 1/8 to 3/8 (cranks, jerkbaits, spinnerbait)
