Mystery Jerkbait Help

I purchased at a boat show last year a JDM jerkbait that featured a small bell weight hanging from the spilt ring of the front treble. It is now on the rocks at our local lake and not accessible. Does anyone know what the brand is. This is the first time in history I only bought 1 of something.

Possible it could be the Nishine Lure Works Erie 115MD? They don't come stock with the bell weights but I know he does sell them separately!
