Rod for I Waver 74, Picro, 3-5g Hard baits

Looking for a dedicated rod to throw 3-5 gram hard baits, mainly the i-waver 74sss and other lures w/o a weight transfer system. Maybe mid-strolling 1-2 gram jigheads + 3" plastics etc.

What L-UL spinning rod fits the bill? Something with a solid tip?

Looking at the JDM adrenas and possibly Glorious, Raid, w/e else you guys might have experience with.

I've got an Evergreen Serpenti Spin Serpent that I would use for that - amazing stick, basically solid tip (not a noodle) on a BFS blank. Check it out.
