"FECO" Tag on JDM Plastics

What does the FECO mean?

I see it on some plastics, on others I don't. I use a lot of Yamamoto JDM baits, and even in the same model, some of the bags are labled "FECO" and some aren't.

What gives?

Hmmm...so FECO matters?
