What is it, Centerpin or Multiplier?
(Centerpin, not Centerpoint - right?)

Vladimir. The pivoting (top) reel is a Flo-Line. This is the reel that reminds people of a pencil sharpener. It was manufactured by Lou Meyer Co. of Kenosha, WI. It was made in the late 1940s and perhaps in the early 1950s. It is still fairly easy to find, and is often found new in the box.

I have a collection of all known American versions of these pivoting reels, except the Power Cast. There may be some that I am not aware of, but I believe it to be almost complete. You can see them at:
http://www.oldreels.com/pivoting_reels.htm

The Killian Neo-Cast is still sort of a mystery. I have not researched it, and am not aware of any research done on the reel. It was apparently made both in the US and the UK. More research should be done on that reel, for it sure is unusual. It is a free spool reel too. I have owned a couple of them in their box, but do not have one at this time.

I might add that I know nothing about the reel in the first post, but you sure come up with some cool looking reels. My guess is that it is a 2:1 multiplier with that raised gear housing on the headplate. Who makes that reel?

And, together with them, 1 imo beautiful "clean centerpin" (last pic)

Can be this reels specially for CHINU fishing? There are a LOT of usual design multiplier, from Shimano and Daiwa too (last 2 shots). Can be they fine for panfish, not big bass (as Pixy alternative :)?

Probably looks more like a "Centiplier" :D . Interesting pictures indeed!

I use a centerpin reel to floatfish for Steelhead and Salmon and those reels don't look like mine in any way shape or form. What would they be used for. fishing wise ? I thought the idea of a "pin" was to have a freespooling reel that you apply drag to with your hand or fingers. To bat the float/bait back after a drift you "bat" the rim spinning the reel spool backwards to return the line. A large diameter is very helpfull to both bat the reel and to apply pressure once you've hooked a fish. Those reels lookvery small so my techniques would be inefficient at best. Please explain how they are used. Snidley

Pluggn,
sorry I haven't such one. I'm too interested in "explain how they [all] are used?"
For the beginning...

the reel in the first picture and the others which look familliar are used for chub fishing...they have a very precise drag, and if you fish etc. in a river, you dont have to throw your floating lure (thats an example),just loose the drag and let the bait swim with the stream of the river ;)

I think #2 is actually a sausage stuffer that someone tried to make into a reel.
