Stunning. Innovative design (as always) and the handle material is more than unique...."beautiful"

I really like the similar themes you carry through with all your customs. The "Far East" flower patterns are really gorgeous. Dave's "Waves of Wisteria" rod line =D>

When I first saw it I thought how nice an Ito-M would look on a rod of similar design.

Works of "art" that display equal parts of form and function.

Well Done =D>

Love the white on the ray skin. Very exotic. All the components come together perfectly. Very feng shui. First fish on that combo will be honored!

Weather here is nasty, windy, cold and rainy...huge cold front. Lake Erie is closed with 9-12 foot waves.

Image

I fished for a couple hours from shore today at a small, inland lake. I managed to get a couple fish...nothing huge. That blank is crazy good for open water, long casts with finesse baits. Every tick and rock was transmitted. Compared to the 6'10" x-fast HM MHX, it loads better and casts further. You'd expect that tho with an extra 4" and a slightly slower action. Pitches like a dream too. If you are in the market for a custom finesse rod, you have some serious blank decisions to make.

I love those Pixzillas. :big grin: :big grin: Seriously...they are incredible little machines.

The finish on these rings is amazing, absolutely flawless and finely crafted. I love how hard and almost crystalline the rayskin is, makes me want to do a rod handle with it. What about doing a flor grade cork grip with only half the handle in black rayskin, hmmm... yummy. Oh, and if you do order a ring make sure that you order one size bigger as they run small.
