Nice. What's that bait ?hoohoorjoo wrote:Got a new combo for Christmas, broke it in right the next day. She went 3.5#. Silver Mica Pixy and 13 Fate Green 6-9ML. The rod is moderate and is great for small treble hooks, lots of give without sacrificing control.
Enough with the tackle. LETS SEE SOME FISH!

That's the Academy H20 CRUL ultralight crank, this one being the bluegill color. I love 'em!uljersey wrote:Nice. Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Re: Enough with the tackle. LETS SEE SOME FISH!
After throwing big choppers for hours my best fish of the trip (19 and just under 21) came on a 3" redhead Mirrodine XL, the same lure that got a 15 and a 16 two consecutive casts in Colombia March 2018. A bigger fish did pull the front hook hanger on this lure so I beefed up a few for a March Rio Tomo trip.

That's a real big one from a canal system, from what I have seen and read about. I would love to get out there and do the same.dhottle wrote:
