Heck yeah, me too. That one was hot when I pulled it out of all that, too. Didn't get a chance to burn off too much steam.

That's good lookin water. The golf course lakes in back of the house are full of beautiful pads, tules, and grass, but I was told by locals that the fish won't eat a frog because of the giant poisonous toads we have here. The fish are conditioned. Every once in while, a fish will react and eat the frog as soon as it hits the water, but they won't eat it after that. It sucks not to be able to work on my frog game! :(

There's a lot of big bullfrogs at all the ponds around here. Here's another where it's pretty much frogs or nothing.

And this actually happened once:

Not what I had in mind when I said I was going frogging.

We have big toads, too, but I never see them around water like that. It's like once they leave the water they stay on dry land.

About ten more of his friends and the frog legs dinner bell rings..
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible

Hey, I caught that frog on bass tackle, so he totally counts! :P

I don't know if he was cannibalistic or just defensive, but he just kind of latched on. I didn't hook it or anything.

Love cranking up some redfish. BDS 1 straight up gets inhaled, as long as it’s in a crab pattern. Started throwing these shallow cranks (BDS1, RC0.5, Jackall Aska 45) on Conquest 842 and it does a great job. Can instantly tell by the feel of the bite if it inhaled the bait or not.
