Re: Where are the shimanos?
Thanks, the latest addition was a Stradic 2500 MgFA I got at a good price. It's not the FB with Propulsion Line Management but I'm sure this version will cast fine, it is smooth as butter and well made from what I can tell. I can't wait to try my Stella FB's, older but again got them for a awesome price through the winter. Solid performers and I hope I don't find the need to spoil myself with upgrades...it has happened beforetargaboy175 wrote:Mike u really are the shimano guy ! Nice collection u have bud !

Thank you.quantum angler nt wrote:that's a nice collection, just missing some NRXs....
I've given it a lot of thought and you know, I'm very happy with the GLX series (and IMX, for that matter). At this point, I think I'll stick with them. That's not to say an NRX or two won't end up in the stable in the future, but for now I'm pretty content.
Now, if the right deal came along.............

My two round shimano reels:
Re: Where are the shimanos?
I'm not too fond of those aftermarket handles and knobs, but you have matched both your reels so well ninjaman.
Good job

Beginners luck I believe, since those were my first. I am just trying to learn from you big guys
At the moment I am waiting for parts for my first drag star swap and after that we'll see. In a couple of months I believe the nordic asceticism is probably all gone and replaced by urge for neon cyalume holders
