This whole summer the water has been low on the Mississippi river which means big catches in the marsh. Some of my friends were catching and releasing over 100 bass each on some days of fishing in the marsh. They were killing the speckled trout and bull redfish.

Took a while before I was seeing what made the vid worthy of such superlatives, but then it was a visual blast! Sleep alone if you watch this shortly before bedtime; your hooksetting arm will be flailing all night!

On second thought, that warning is probably unnecessary for most of us tackle freaks....

That has to to the best fishing video I've ever seen It really captures the visual thrill of fishing in shallow water and seeing strikes on the surface!! Those fish were HUGE I'd be scared of hooking any of them on light tackle!
