Lake Baccarac

Flew down to lake baccarac last week for 6 days of fishing. It was a tough bite but we did a little damage. My best five fish for one day went 43lbs. The three of us got 3 over ten lbs, five over 9lbs & six over eight. Best baits for us were swim baits, scrounger jigs with fluke trailers & big spinner baits. Caught a few nice fish on jerkbaits as well.

That is awesome! I managed to get in some fishing yesterday, some snow still on the ground and we are still stuck in the low negatives (like -2). Hopefully in two weeks or so I'll be in full throttle!
