My wife got me a K2 714 blank to build this winter \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Other goodies: Vision 110 in TLC, Planet waves orange parts for my T3, and some soft baits.

Two christmases to go, hoping for a spinbait 80 :D

Let's see ...

I got a new set of kayak roof racks. Went with Malone J Loaders to replace a set of Thules
Image

Picked up 4 limited run Rebel P-70 Pop R's in bone. These are American made one knocker style. I got them through The Tackle Trap. Two are going off to be custom painted, the other two will remain stock. I believe this run is done and all are spoken for.
Image

Cabela's had some remaining stock Yo-Zuri Snap Beans on sale. They are discontinued, and one of the best ultralight size crankbaits ever IMO. I had ordered one pack of silver/blue and one pack of rainbow trout. I told my wife to grab the packages as they arrived and wrap them as gifts for me. Imagine my surprise Christmas morning when I found this ...
Image

Inside was this ... \:D/ It seems whoever pulled the order must have thought the case was one item ? Buy one, get five free ! Plus Cabela's had a free shipping with no minimum promotion going at the time.

Those were the highlights.

I opened up a box from my soon to be wife and found papers outlining a package deal put together by her for a paid in full trip (room, fuel, and expo spending cash) to the 2014 Bassmaster Classic at Lake Guntersville.

This will be my 5th classic but my first out of state ... very excited for a road trip ! :big grin:
