Thanks for all the positive feedback
Re: MB FX68 SLP TUNE
Do you prefer the SS or the T3? It looks nice, but I don't know if they are any good when there's already Steez and T3 in my arsenal.

I don't own a SS, the silver reel is a Steez with a SLP front plate.Pen3 wrote:Do you prefer the SS or the T3? It looks nice, but I don't know if they are any good when there's already Steez and T3 in my arsenal.

Very deceiving
Re: MB FX68 SLP TUNE
Wow, the one thing that prevented me from getting a Steez might be gone. I just hate the look for the wide front plate.africanbass wrote:I don't own a SS, the silver reel is a Steez with a SLP front plate.Pen3 wrote:Do you prefer the SS or the T3? Zaion knobs are available from time to time on the Japanese auction sites.

Re: MB FX68 SLP TUNE
The differences in performance/build are minimal. The MB factor is worth the extra cash to some.Hogsticker2 wrote:I can't stop looking . I'm completely infatuated with my T3s. How much better are these reels than the 1016 and Mx with the likes of an SV spool installed? I dig your style.
Much the same the IS range feels/performs better in hand when compared to the Steez.

My ultimate T3,
MB FX68
SLP works Zaion skeletal knobs
SLP works Moon drag star
SLP works CCC
SLP works swept carbon/flat silver accents(matches main frame color)
SLP works 1010 black spool
T3 Air Hybrid light weight main gear
What do you think of that drag star? Is it easy to adjust?
Re: MB FX68 SLP TUNE

For me it is not an issue at all,the reduced size does not offer any limitations functionally.
Another prime example of form over function,it does look cool
