Finally got my first high tone reel. My wallet may not be safe after this...

Thanks guys. I got super lucky on a great deal from a fellow member here on the forum. Got it spooled up and took it out this afternoon for a spin. Never had a reel that is this smooth or that I could loosen the brakes on as much as I did and not end up with a mess. Hopefully my next reel will be an MB too.

I've gotten to fish it a handful of times now and it's absolutely killer. Not only does it look super sweet but it fishes like a dream. The best part is when my buddy and I are throwing at the same basic target and mine sails 10-15yds past his every time. Just kills him. I've got it on my Chimera and together they've become my go to combo. I've got an Elseil coming and I'm thinking hard about another Rosso for it. Whatever I decide on the number one thing it's done for me is showing me the value of coming off the money and buying a quality reel. Way better distance and unless I forget and try and throw dead into the wind virtually no "professional overruns..."

That's the best part about only having been fishing serious for a little over a year. I didn't have my muscle memory built up to the point where it was awkward switching and using a lefty. Allowed me to take advantage of a good deal. I actually use two rights and two lefts and now that I'm looking for another reel all I hafta worry about it finding the right model. Only spot of bother I've had is learning to walk the dog left handed. Just took a bit of practice.
