First post and my Australian Bass outfits.
Hi all,
I've been reading a lot of the posts here for a long time and decided it was about time I posted something.
Here's a few photos of some of my gear. I love BFS. It is particularly suited to throwing small plastics and hard bodies (Baby Griffons etc) for the Australian Bass in the rivers and creeks near my house. So I have a few dedicated outfits for that. I also have the Lin10 Mars for bigger cranks like Jackall TN-60's on bigger impoundment Bass and natives in some of the dams around NSW. I'm sure the Lin10 could do small Barra too, but I live in Sydney, so a long way away from them. Maybe someone here who fishes the Australian tropics could advise me on whether it would be ok for Barra and Mangrove Jacks, and how to spool it up to target them.
Zonda 68 with Honeycomb Spool on Destroyer X7 'Super Criffhanger'
Zonda Hedgehog Custom with BF Spool and X7 'The Shading-X'
Daiwa PX-R on Daiwa Battler 661MLRB 'Raptor" (AIR BFS bearings and PX Finesse Spool)
Lin10 Mars on X7 ' Cyclone Advantage'
PX-68 on Samurai Reaction SR-251. (AIR BFS bearings and PX Finesse Spool)
Alphas - Type R on Volkey VKC-69XUL/BFS (AIR BFS Bearings)
I have a few more on order. Another Zonda Hedgehog Custom and it'll go on a Major Craft MS-X Limited MLC-65UL/BF, when it all arrives from Japan soon.
Hope you enjoy my little collection and look forwards to talking with you all in the future. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Mate I fish ryoga 1016's for barra and they handle it effortlessly. The Lin will be fine .
