It's an Avail sti handle 100mm. I've had that reel for at least 10 years and it's never failed me. It's my baby.

So far I like it, first bfs rod and it's a little stiffer then I was expecting.

I took the aldebaren out yesterday to a local pond just test it out. I couldn't stand just looking at it anymore. The wind was rediculous but still managed no backlashes. I was using a 1/16 oz jig with a baby rage craw trailer cut in half. This thing was amazing how far it launched that little sucker. Then I found a little pocket with no wind. This thing skips like a dream, again no backlashes. So I'm really happy with this setup, smooth as butter.

No fish though I think they are frozen even though it was 57 degrees yesterday.

I appreciate the report. I am considering a BFS setup and the Aldebaren is at the top of my list.
