No more purple in the HLC.
Matches the Roman Made much better now since that’s what it’s all about right?!? :D

Looks great. How does the HLC handle big baits? I've an HLC spool in my IP68 and have done some yard fishing with it, 65# and a frog. The thing just insta-spools it is so fast. I swear I let my thumb off the spool and watch all the line disappear in like 2 seconds. Awesome spool.
I’m no expert but so far it’s been the best zillion variant that I’ve used for swimbaits (2-3.5oz max). Enough line capacity and just like your frogs it absolutely launches lures.

Here's mine: Zillion 801MHRB-G/Ambassadeur 5501cs Pro Rocket with dual bearing skeletonized idler gear, dual bearing spool gear, and ceramic pawl. The Gantarel is as big as I go with it and it handles it well. Rocks for baits like the Duo G87 20a.

My only setup for "big" swimbaits. Just spooled up some Sunline 25lb Assassin FC main 2 baits are the Jackall Gantarel Jr and in lower light conditions I'm going to try the Megabass Big M 4.0

Shimano TranX 200HG/Shimano Poison Adrena 7'4" Ex-Heavy

Can't wait to try it! :D

I like it when real seat locking nut matches the spool tension knob. I have a knob that matches the Orochi xx/xxx rods and know I will use it someday on a build.

Perfect indeed I just noticed the black matching nicely between both  Fun reel like how it's much more sealed than the Curado. Little more beefy look with the handle. Watched a good tear down between both learned lots

Never thought about it, but after seeing Biggs' pic and post, maybe I can consider my MB Casino for deep cranking as well. Right now its my light duty swimbait rod.

I just jumped into the big moving bait game. Not sure what I'm doing but I got a Z200H that looks like new for $275 and a Slant Bridge Super Destruction for $365. Also got the last Valkaryie 76XXH to pair to a LIN10 Black Jungle as some sort of punching ans swimbait thing. The SB SD is now my 2nd telescopic spiral wrapped MB stick. It does make storage in the locker easier.

The two Megabass telescopic big moving bait spiral wrapped rods. I might need another stick to bridge the gap.
