Saturday nights catch. Bunch of little ones. The big seabass are all headed to deeper cooler water. The little rockfish above the biggest seabass is a mebaring. They make great sashimi. Caught all of these a tiny rapala minnow right at the surface. I kept the ones you see, but threw back more than 20. Bunch of babies swimming around right now.
Anybody got a good baked fih recipe to share?

Re: snook fishing
The Mahi Mahi schools hit the bay about mid summer, late June to mid July. The further south of Tokyo the better. Right now there are lots of yellowtail and tuna running in and out of the Tokyo bay area. Going out for some this weekend perhaps. Drop some more info on this topic in the coming days.

Nice catch you got there. Noticed that in Japan, they seem to favour spinning reels over baitcasting ones, after looking through some of their fishing tackle catalogs.
