Service / Drag upgrade for DaiwaS casting reel?

I heard DR takes good care of reels for those in need. Is this something that can be done for my HSDL?

Sony,
I suspect he can, and suggest you PM him. The stock S103HSDL uses 3 carbon-teflon drag washers (unlike the single fiber washer found in the earlier S103 HVLA). Fortunately, most of the drag components are the same as those used in the TD-Z and/or the Sol.
