Hi guys, I have this problem where my line gets caught between the spool and the frame. Do I need to replace the spool ?

Thanks
Boogie

A little caveman style, but take your spool out and roll it on a flat surface to see if there's any wobble, but it sounds like the frame is out of alignment to me.

I had this problem years ago with one of the old C3's. Two things fixed it. Tighten the spool tension knob which reduces the play in the spool but it also reduces casting distance. The other thing is just use that real for heavier line. I only had the problem if I had the reel spooled with 8lb. Hope this helps.
