Livre handles

Post by Bigs|ick » Tue Jul 17, 2012 3:05 pm

Just received my 2nd Livre handle from Japantackle today and man are these things sweet. Amazing machining, super smooth bearing, really light... Crazy pieces of work.

How come no American/Canadian company makes reel tuning parts?

Would you guys tune more reels if parts were available locally, built in NA and slightly cheaper?

I wish someone would make tuning parts in North America. ](*,) I have a few idea's and will be looking to find a local shop to fabricate and the cost. :-# The prices they are getting in my mind are over the top.

Abu is actually doing swept carbon fiber handles now. I spoke with an Abu rep last week and he is saying that the prices will be much more reasonable than the RCS parts or even OEM Daiwa parts. They will fit right onto Daiwa reels also. Here's a link:

Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.
