Daiwa Pixy screw size?

I just got an orange Pixy from Japan.
Does anyone know the clutch lever screws measurements? I think there are two screws on the lever, one is countersunk. I'd like to know the thread diameter, length of the threads and the heads diameters.

Also, I think the sideplate screws have 4mm diameter heads. Can I replace those with screws that have 4.5mm diameter heads?
