I'd recommend you buy the "Speedout Screw Extractor" kit that can be bought from walmart for about $20. If the screw is too small, use a small drill bit first before using the speedout screw extractor. This is what I used to remove the Daiwa screw of death (drive gear handle screw) from my pixy reel.

thank you. yea i tried my extractor kit but didnt get it out

1/16" drill bit and a #1 size extractor....the 1/16" drill bit is a little smaller than the recommended 3/32, so you do not have to drill in as far before the extractor will catch
