Can this be added to other reels?

I think even if it could, due to sizes it will be limited to the one that share this frame. I have heard that a Monoblock shares main gears with a 105, not sure if that's true though...

How do you mean "non-disengaging"? My SV105 levelwind stays still during the cast, disengaging. My ABU 6500 levelwind goes back and forward during a cast, so is non-disengaging. What am I missing?

The level wind moves when line is taken under drag

I guess it depends if the line guide is driven off the main gear or driv off another lower slave gear.

The main gear line guide driven reels will have synchronized level winds (excluding Abu Ambassadeur)

Those that have a slave drive gear (below the main gear) driven level wind will not have synchronized level winds due to the fact that the drive gear spins on the main shaft & the main shaft stays put with the lefel wind drive gears.

Then you have the Abu Ambassadeur's which the level wind is driven off the opposite eld of the spool - hence the stupid fast mechanical loss of rotation of the spool during a cast.

I know for sure the Sol uses the same system and I believe that the Fuego does also.
