I think this is best topic of Daiwa spool sizes...So I decided to *bump* it and bring updated list to this page:

38 mm: Z2020
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
36 mm: OG Zillion, TD-Z 100m, Steez A HLC
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
34 mm: Steez, Tdz (except 100m), T3, SS SV, SV103
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
33 mm: Alphas platforms
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
32 mm: SS Air, (Old) Alphas Air, T3 Air, sv tw Alphas 800
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
31 mm: Pixy platforms, Alphas Air Stream Custom
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
30 mm: Steez ct sv tw, Alphas ct sv tw
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
28 mm: Steez Air, Alphas Air, Alphas GekkaBijin AIR TW PE
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hope list is correct. If list needs to be updated, you can send private message...

Question: Is sv tw Alphas 800 32 mm spool same as other 32 mm's are?

The Alphas SV TW is 32mm diameter but, the spool is more narrow. Is not interchangeable with the AIR reels.

I added some to your list in bold. There are more reels out there as well.

36 mm: add Ryoga 1520. However, Steez A HLC and TD-Z are not compatible with the Zillion TWS, Catalina and Ryoga.

34 mm: add Ryoga 1016, Morethan PE TW (2019 version)

There are wide and narrow 36mm. The TD Zilllion, TD Fuego, TDZ and Steez A HLC are narrow spool 36mm. The Zillion TWS reels, Ryoga 1520 and Catalina TW reels are wide spool 36mm.

It would be nice, when the conversation seems ready so far, if someone joins updated list of spools sizes.

I can do it of there's no optional person.

The newest alphas tw 800 - is it the same size 32 mm spool as Air models?

That interests also me. But not too much, because as I know, there's not 32 mm Mag-Z spool..

31 mm Mag-Z spools are, but there's no tws line guide in 31 mm size.

No, it is narrow like the Steez CT and Alphas CT.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

36 mm: add OG Fuego, Daiwa BBS
33 mm: Alphas platform (except Alphas 150)
31 mm: add Presso (like the Air Stream is basically an Alphas with a Pixy spool...)
A TD-Z is forever

We can add the TD-S 105H and TD-S 105HL to the 34mm along with TD-Z and old Steez. Not sure about the USDM TD-S 103HSDL. They look identical though. The Procaster-Z, Procaster-X and TD-V also all have the same platform and frame as my TD-S that take 34mm spools but without any of those reels I can't confirm that they fit.

I would also separate these into 103/old 34mm. The T3 and newer 34mm reels are the 1016/new 34mm. Most are compatible but there is an issue with bearing thickness or shaft length that can make it hard to drop in a 103 34mm into a 1016 34mm reel. My LIN10 1016 can't take my 34mm Amo spool without modification and my T3s can't take my 103 spools without modification. It's a case by case basis because many spools do swap between the two 34mm platforms.

The Monoblock and possibly the Millionare CVZ and Luna 103 have 34mm options. In my Monoblock I could drop in a 1016 34mm spool from a newer Daiwa and it would fit but I would have some side to side play due to the short pinion shaft of the platform. With an SV spool this amount of slop was OK if a little excessive. With an old 103 spool the slop was far too excessive but an upgrade to a TD-Z pinion shaft (plastic T shaped piece under the spool tension knob) this eliminated the issue and I now can run 34mm spool of both 103 and 1016 types with small adjustment needed when switching between the two types of 34mm spools.

We can also add the HRF Sonic Speed to the wide spool 36mm. Most HRF are Tatula based but this one is Zillion TWS based.
