Hedgehog Bearing Kit for Tatula LT

Has anyone installed one of these kits? I'm interested if the performance gain is worthwhile. Installation looks pretty straightforward.

Your spinning reel bearings don't spin as fast as baitcasting spool bearings. So, I doubt that you will feel a huge gain. I just serviced two Sol 2500 spinning reels that have caught thousands of fish. They have never needed any new bearings over their long life, and they are still ultra smooth. For this reason, I doubt that many people will have experience with this upgrade. With that being said, this looks like a cool upgrade if you can replace a few bushings with bearings. It's not that expensive either. Go for it, and let us know how it goes.

Done it for a friend who gave me 3 NIB Daiwa Theory (kit is almost the same).
In a new reel you don't notice any real improvement.

Thanks. I was wondering if the line management would be better with the bearing replacing the bushing.
