Calais DC bearings help

Post by FishyFingers » Sat May 02, 2015 11:17 am

Will BNT2927 bearings work in the DC or do they have to be BNT3627 ? Just wondering because I have a friend who has BNT2927 on hand.

They will work perfectly well. Not the same ABEC rating as the DC originals, so expect a possible loss of distance with your cast.

The bearings for the Calais DC are oil filled instead of grease filled. Another option is the BNT0194A5 bearing. This is a great replacement.
