Calcutta TE 50GT sideplate
Recently purchased a very clean TE 50GT. I want to adjust the brakes but the left side plate is stuck. I have loosened the appropriate knob on the RH side. My understanding was that this would release the left side plate and it would pop out. Any ideas? Thank you. David

Push inward (towards the left side plate) on the knurled nut that you turn to loosen the side plate. There is probably some dirt or gunk built up keeping the side plate in place. It will pop open usually.
