Big ups to Shimano!!

My ci4 spinning reel last model broke something to do with the bail so I sent it to Shimano they called me said just needs service paid the 25 buck , to my surprise opened the box and got a brand new ci4!!! After 20+ years of buying only Shimano reels owing over 50 different reels lol this was the first one I sent back with a problem and I got a new ci4 . Awesome customer service ,this is why I continue to buy Shimano!

That does happen, but very rarely. More than likely the part was on back-order and we just sent you a replacement.

This makes me feel good about owning Shimano's and starting into their baitcasting reels, only they will NEVER send me a new Ci4+ FB to replace my Ci4+FA, probably because after 3 years my FA is still flawless.
