We are short handed and call volume has been high since this CV started. There are a lot of new anglers now and as you can imagine many questions or issues with new gear that they may or may not understand. The guys are doing their best, but we simply need more people. Since the entire call center is working from home it is impossible to bring in new people for training. You can use our online parts ordering or use the contact us email through the website.
