being new to the swimbait game I have yet to learn exactly what to do in a lot of situations. like Ii know what I should do but once I'm on my home lake I get lost. I have yet to find a pattern that works and I have tried a lot of the traditional tactics like fishing points, choke points, submerged structure, pilons, and rocky banks yet nothing has seem to been consistent. I have tried a variety of baits from glides to big Keitecks. I'm just looking for some guidance.
Side note: the water I fish is a smaller lake that is heavily pressured (tournament twice a week) with two rivers flowing into it. their are bigger fish in the double digit weight class. To my knowledge their are only a few anglers throwing medium to big swimbaits.
