PM's not being sent - Stays in Outbox

I am having a issue when sending PM's. They are only going into my Outbox and not being sent out. My folder size is only at 67% so i should be able to send PM's. I am receiving them fine.

That's normal. They will remain in the Outbox until your recipient opens your message.

I have 2 messages in the outbox and I don't remember it being this way before. Thnak you

Yes, that's correct. It leaves your outbox and is in your sent box when the recipient logs on. It all happens automatically.

I guess the person was alway online before. I deleted and resent that thing a half dozen times.

No need. When they log back on, the PM will automatically be delivered.
