Communication with Online Vendors

We've received many inquiries in the past and continue to receive them today, regarding the operating status of online vendors and the absence of replies via email. Understand it is not TackleTour's nor its editors' position to mitigate these circumstances whether the vendors involved are advertising on our site or not.

The majority of online vendors have a phone number for contact during their normal operating hours. If emails are not being answered, we encourage you to make use of these phone numbers and simply call them to discuss your questions, concerns, orders, etc.. It is simple and easy to fire off emails and expect an answer. It is just as easy for the recipient to receive said email, intend to reply after some investigation, and then get sidetracked - for whatever reason - and forget to get back to you.

If you require a timely response to your situation, please pick up the phone and call rather than try and involve TT.
