Hi Everyone,
As you might have noticed, some T3 members have an avatar next
to their names. So can you!
There are a few ways to get the avatar you want on there.
1) Find the avatar you want from our list of avatars. Click on Profile,
scroll all the way down, click on Show gallery, then select the category
and press Go.
2) Or you can link it from another site
using the "Link to off-site Avatar:" field
All we ask is that you keep the avatar size to a small size (about 70X70 pixels or so).
Here's an example of the Manufacturer's avatar list. We can always
add more if requested.

Now that's a nice collection of manufacturer's avatars! You sure do go the end of your shock leader to make us forum members happy.
Some avatars look better if you make them into a transparent gif since the forum backgrounds are two shades of blue. Easily done with a graphics editing program.[/font]

Can you add Gamakatsu, Optima Trollfury Logo (fish in flames), or Bass Hawg logo???

Nice avatars, maybe we should have you make all of them for us.
Can I borrow those and slap them into the Forum's avatar list or
you'll have them always on your server for people to use?

I love that logo and would choose it as my avatar for sure...

I don't quite understand how to post my own avatars. If they aren't listed, I need to enter a URL, but how do I save the pictures or graphics from the URLs i find?

You can enter the URL in the "Link to off-site Avatar:" field
example: Link to off-site Avatar:
http://www.domain.com/your_avatar.jpg
This will link the picture called your_avatar.jpg to your avatar profile.
Give it a try. Just make sure it's not HUGE in size.
Let me know if you need help.

I'll remove the battery for you tomorrow and include that image
in the avatars list, unless Reno gets to it before I do.
Do you still want the entire circle or the upper half of the image
is good enough? Let me know.

For example. if I wanted to use the B.A.S.S. logo from bassmaster.com, how would I obtain it? I tried entering bassmaster.com, but nothing happened... I think I am just confused.
