I voted for Gerald Swindle just because I would like to see him win it at least once. If I were forced to make a pick and put money on it I'd go KVD, but then so would the majority of people I think.

I picked Edwin too. I would like to see him or Tim Horton win it. I like Van Dam but can he let someone else win this year?

Edwin Evers is due! And he gave me a gatorade at last years Elite Series tournament on Lake Murray, so I had to pick him. :shock:

I sure didn't. I would have picked Bobby over him but he seems to be on a hot streak. We will see this season if he can stay in the zone. Either way his career just reached a new level and I think he is a good representative for our sport.

x2 ! I met him a couple times at shows and on the elite trail and I would say you spot on ! I was at the Classic and was able to see the emotions first had. This guy is genuine in my opinion.

Two of my best friends were able to visit with Chris and Bobby as they sat together in one of thier boats after media day thursday chit chatting. Both walked away at how down to earth both of them are.

I was Jealous of both of my buddies as they had signed up as an Observer and had got picked with both getting to go out with anglers on a couple days and helping at the boat yard in the evenings to swap tow vehichles to make sure all went through the arena with Toyotas. One of them was Keith Poches Observer for day 2 when he was in first place at the time and hung out in the camera boat with Wes and Robbie Floyd all day and made small talk with Keith. Then to top it all off I had to watch him waive at me through the sunroof of Alton Jones tow vehicle as he got picked to bring him in for the super six on the final day.

Talk about sucked to be sitting in the stands ... :lol:
