They appear to be part of Overstock.com, but specializing in fishing gear.

I've ordered from them for years. Sometimes the "regular prices" they compare their discounted prices to are higher than you would pay at many online retailers, but otherwise I can recommend without reservation.

I've ordered from them a half dozen times with good service and fast shipping. Got some good deals on terminator spinnerbaits and jigs. Their inventory is always changing so check their site often for good deals.
