TackleDirect Problems?

What is going on over at TD? I've been a customer for years and spend mucho dinero with them without any problems, but it seems that for the last few weeks their service has hit rock bottom. No one picks up the phone. No one returns calls. Items listed as "in stock" are not. Yelp and other review sites are giving them 1 star, with many dissatisfied customers. Not good. Anyone know what the problem is?

I bought a rod about 6 weeks ago with no problems. Hope this isnt the end, because they have some good deals every once in a while.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

I contacted them two months ago to get the ETA of a rod before purchasing. They told me even if they had it in stock it would take 2+ weeks to ship because they were in the process of either updating or changing their warehouse (can't remember which).

This might help explain what's going on. I ended up buying the rod from another vendor since I didn't want to wait.
