Rule of adjectives

Post by Dalleinf » Tue Nov 19, 2019 3:02 pm

Musings from a quiet night shift (while browsing for fishing pliers and various tackle accessories):

Any piece of tackle or tackle accessory with “deluxe” (or similar) as part of the name is most likely utter crap.

Any piece of tackle with a difficult to pronounce name or weird abbreviation is more likely pure gold.

One example:
P-line Deluxe Carbon Steel Crimper vs Jinkai SC-3C

(Note: I have not used any of said crimping tools - merely read various reviews)...

That's pretty darn true. I have spent a lot of money on pliers over the year and the best I own are medical hemostats. And as for the observations, some of the lucky crafts with about 10 letters after their names are the best such as the pointer 75sp bts. That lure has been a gold mien for me in both bass and trout fisheries.

I like when they make up a new word and put it before the word "Technology". You know it's gotta be a "Game Changer".
